Our Construction Process

1.

Pre-Construction Planning

This stage involves preparation for the construction project, including obtaining necessary permits, finalizing the design, and establishing a budget and timeline. A general contractor will work closely with the owner and design team to ensure all aspects of the project are properly planned and executed.

4.

Finishing and Punch-list

After the construction is complete, a general contractor will oversee the finishing work, such as installing fixtures, applying paint and trim, and making any necessary repairs. They will also prepare a punch-list of items that need to be addressed before the project is considered complete.

2.

Site Preparation

This stage involves preparing the construction site for the building process. This may include clearing the land, grading the site, and installing utilities and infrastructure. A general contractor will coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that the site is ready for construction to begin.

5.

Project Management

A general contractor will manage the entire construction project, including coordinating the work of subcontractors, tracking progress, and ensuring the project stays on budget and on schedule. They will also be responsible for communicating with the owner and design team to keep everyone informed and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

3.

Building Construction

During this stage, the actual building process takes place. A general contractor will manage the work of subcontractors, ensure quality control, and resolve any issues that arise during construction. They will also ensure that the project is being built in accordance with the plans, specifications, and local building codes.
